These Terms & Conditions outline how we work with our valued B2B clients. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms unless we’ve mutually agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Our Business Approach
We operate as a manufacturer and global supplier of wooden kitchenware, home décor, tableware, and furniture.

- Our focus is on consistent quality, scalable production, and long-term collaboration
3. Product Nature (What to Expect)
Because we work with natural materials like wood:
- Each piece may have unique grain, color, and texture
- Slight variations in size or finish are normal and part of the product’s authenticity
- These natural differences are not considered defects

4. Pricing & Quotations
We aim to keep pricing fair and stable:
- Quotes are typically valid for 15–30 days
- Prices may change only if there are major shifts in:
- Raw material costs
- Freight or logistics
- Currency fluctuations
✔ We always communicate transparently before confirming any changes.
5. Order Quantities (MOQ)
- Minimum order quantities apply depending on the product
- For customized or private label items, MOQ may be slightly higher

6. Payment Terms (Simple & Standard)
Our standard structure:
- 30% advance to begin production
- 70% before shipment
For larger orders:
- Letter of Credit (LC) can be discussed

7. Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed once:
- Advance payment is received
- Product details and specifications are approved
After production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible, as materials and resources are already allocated.
8. Production & Lead Time
- Typical production time: 30–60 days
- Timeline starts after:
- Payment confirmation
- Final design approval

9. Custom Orders (OEM / Private Label)
We specialize in customization and branding:
- Designs are finalized before production
- Samples can be arranged if required
Once approved:
- Production moves forward as confirmed
- Custom orders are generally not reversible, since they are made specifically for your brand
10. Quality Assurance
Quality is a priority for us:
- Each order goes through internal inspection
- You may also appoint a third-party inspection agency

11. Packaging & Branding
- Standard export packaging is included
- We also offer:
- Custom packaging
- Private labeling
- Barcoding

12. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide under standard Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.)
- Responsibility transfers as per agreed shipping terms
- We assist with documentation and coordination

13. Import Duties & Local Compliance
- Buyers are responsible for:
- Import duties
- Taxes
- Local compliance requirements
✔ We provide all necessary documents to support clearance.
14. Claims & Support (Fair & Practical)
If something doesn’t meet expectations:
- Please inform us within 7 days of delivery
- Share photos or videos for quick evaluation
✔ We aim to resolve issues fairly through:
- Replacement
- Credit note
- Partial adjustment

15. Returns
Since we manufacture in bulk for business orders:
- Returns are generally not required
- Any exceptional cases can be discussed and agreed mutually

- Your custom designs remain confidential
- We respect client exclusivity when agreed

19. Responsibility & Fair Use
We stand behind our products, while also maintaining fair business practices:
- Responsibility is limited to the value of supplied goods
- We focus on practical solutions rather than complex disputes
20. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disagreement:
- We first aim to resolve it through open communication
- If needed, legal jurisdiction will be in India
